A partner from the first idea
to the finished result.

Clients should not have to coordinate five different providers to move one priority forward. Kakâyawisîw Advisory can shape the strategy, secure resources, build the program, bring people together, create the tools, design the materials, and support delivery. We remain the consistent lead relationship while scaling the team and specialized expertise around the needs of each project.

Find your best fit.

Answer three quick questions and we’ll point you toward the services most likely to meet your needs. Nothing is collected or stored.

Question 1 of 3

What are you trying to accomplish?

From priority
to lasting results.

This roadmap is a guide, not a one-size-fits-all formula. Every engagement is customized, and we adapt each step to the client, the work, and what success needs to look like.

01

Listen & learn

We begin with the client’s priorities, context, strengths, and the voices that need to guide the work.

02

Define the path

Together, we clarify the outcome, scope, responsibilities, resources, opportunities, and risks.

03

Build the roadmap

We turn direction into a practical plan with clear steps, timelines, tools, and measures of success.

04

Move into action

We support implementation, solve problems as they arise, and keep people informed and connected.

05

Measure & strengthen

We show what changed, capture lessons, meet reporting needs, and strengthen the work for what comes next.

Experience you can
put to work.

Principal Consultant

Kerrie Gladue

Kerrie is a Plains Cree consultant with hands-on experience leading strategic planning processes, delivering governance training, developing operational plans and annual reports, securing funding, designing programs and systems, and creating practical reporting and accountability tools. Her work spans health, prevention, social programs, governance, and community services.

Her approach combines big-picture strategy with the practical details needed to move work forward. Kerrie is known for making complex requirements clearer, building strong relationships, and keeping client and community priorities at the centre.

“The strongest work is built through trust, clarity, and relationships that last beyond the contract.”

Alongside, not above.

We do not arrive with a one-size-fits-all answer. We learn the context, respect the knowledge already present, and build solutions with the people who will carry the work forward.

  • Client and community priorities come first
  • Clear, usable tools instead of reports that sit on a shelf
  • Honest communication and dependable follow-through
